Scope of Services
Websendor provides services that may include, but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Custom UI/UX design
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online visibility
- Paid advertising and campaign management
- Digital strategy and consulting
- Website maintenance and optimization
All services are provided based on an agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing communicated prior to commencement. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timelines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery
- Supply content, branding assets, and approvals when requested
- Ensure they have legal rights to all materials provided to Websendor
Websendor shall not be responsible for delays or performance issues caused by late submissions, incomplete information, or third-party dependencies controlled by the client.
Payments and Fees
- All fees will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins
- Payment structures may include upfront payments, milestone-based payments, or full payment upon completion, depending on the project
- Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments made to Websendor are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of their business content and trademarks
- Websendor retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable code
- Completed projects may be showcased in Websendor's portfolio, website, or marketing materials
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reuse Websendor's work beyond the agreed purpose without written consent.
Revisions and Modifications
Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Requests that exceed the agreed scope, require major redesigns, or introduce new functionality may incur additional costs and timeline extensions.
Third-Party Services
Websendor may integrate or rely on third-party platforms, tools, or services (including hosting providers, analytics tools, and advertising platforms). Websendor is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by these third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Websendor shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss, service interruptions, or system downtime
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Websendor's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services if the other party materially breaches these Terms. Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments become immediately due
- Websendor reserves the right to withhold deliverables until obligations are fulfilled
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the course of a project as private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Changes to These Terms
Websendor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
